At Rest Mama Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). This includes any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@restmama.com, and we will guide you through the process.
- Exchanges: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
6. Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping for Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
- Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
