  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

  • We offer shipping across Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international locations outside of the United States and Canada.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Rest Mama Inc. is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • For our U.S. customers, please note that products may be subject to customs regulations and inspections, which could delay the delivery of your order.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. Rest Mama Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
